For leadership teams and digital/IT decision-makers in Swiss SMEs who want to safeguard architecture decisions without building their own department, especially during growth, succession, reorganisation or a vacant leadership position. In our experience, the strongest mandates start with a concrete single question that quickly turns out to be part of a larger systemic challenge.

In ongoing travel companionship, the first measurable artefacts emerge within the first month: decision papers, governance drafts or architecture sketches.
Do you work with external partners?
Yes, deliberately and transparently. We work with a deliberately small network of tested partners: Vanta for automated GRC, navique for data & AI, ieffects for software development and others. We only recommend what we have tested ourselves and where we have no hidden conflicts of interest.
Where do you operate?
Our core market is Switzerland, based in Montlingen (Canton St. Gallen). Southern Germany has been actively served since June 2026 through Thomas Schick (IHK AI Manager). Additionally: Vorarlberg & Tyrol. Remote mandates are possible Switzerland-wide and across borders.
