The starting point is the one-day workshop «AI and knowledge management». Using your own documents, you build a small knowledge base, set up an AI advisor on top of it and let colleagues test it with real questions. In one day you see where knowledge is missing, what is out of date and which questions an AI can only answer in general terms without your context. You also get the basics of prompt, context and loop engineering and a first set of rules for your documentation. If you want to go further, we support you in introducing these rules: what gets recorded where, by whom, in what format — and how it stays current. That starts with a stocktake: what knowledge exists, what is missing, what is out of date? Then comes the structuring: processes, instructions, product information, project documentation and system documentation in clear, consistent formats, applicable to existing Confluence and SharePoint structures. Better structured knowledge benefits everyone: new employees, management — and, as a natural consequence, the AI systems that draw on that context.
